這是正確的錯誤消息：

No package 'libffi' found

您需要安裝libffi和libffi-dev通過您的發行包管理器（yum，apt-get，無論）在安裝pip之前都會起作用。他們的名字可能會從平臺到平臺很小。

對我而言，在Windows 10上使用python 3.5.3rc1，pip install cairocffi失敗。做pip install cffi足以讓它成功。
