supports API requests made with TLS 1.0. Please initiate HTTPS

繼條紋的文檔，他們說你應該重新安裝Python （通過brew）並升級到Stripe庫的最新版本（截至撰寫本文時爲1.37.0）。我已經完成了這兩個步驟，但沒有什麼區別。
