無法共享S2D羣集

我正在爲UPD創建會話羣，並且在爲羣集創建共享時似乎處於茫然之中。我仔細檢查我的所有步驟從這個鏈接

我已確認兩個節點都在線，我試圖在兩個節點上都收到相同的錯誤。我已經將「SYSTEM」帳戶添加到完全控制中，並一直繼續下去，這並沒有幫助。有人有主意嗎？這是Azure中的2016服務器。
