的link_to_add_association將嘗試在該協會建立一個新的項目。如果您有has_one關係，這實際上意味着它將取代現有的，如果有的話。

如果你真的需要link_to_add_association你可以嘗試以下方法：

= link_to_add_association 'add doctor', @form_obj, :doctor, force_non_association_create: true

（這將建立一個新的醫生，但沒有使用的關聯，這可能意味着在關聯定義不會被複制一些默認值，但現有的醫生會不會被覆蓋，除非打完選擇保存形式）

剛從show方法去除@client.build_doctor 。每次調用醫生時，都會重新初始化醫生。我假設你只會在new方法中需要這個。
