如果WampServer圖標是橙色，那麼它可能是尚未啓動的Apache。

檢查什麼正在使用端口80，像這樣：

left click the Wampmanager icon (thats the icon in the system tray) -> Apache -> Services -> Test port 80

如果報告其他任何

Your port 80 is actually used by : 

Server: Apache/2.?.?? (Win32) PHP/5.?.??

如果版本號相匹配，你已經安裝了哪些然後還有其他事情已捕獲端口80和需要被卸載，重新配置或禁用。
