看來我是用從不同的PayPal帳戶提交的APP ID：去住時 一切正常在沙箱中，但失敗。在固定後，我得到了：

@errorId=550001 @message="User is not allowed to perform this action" 

我已經提交了新的應用程序與相應的權限和地位是Approved Conditionally。 通常需要多長時間才能從Paypal獲得回覆？
