TL; DR。嘗試將其安裝爲gem。

Trusty是no rhc package，這是一個Ubuntu 14.04 LTS發行版，其中構建了基本操作系統。

rhc軟件包僅適用於Ubuntu的wily，xenial或yakkety版本（請參閱this page的右上角）。

OpenShift official install documentation錯誤地指出rhc可用於啓動Ubuntu生動版本，但單擊該鏈接會導致不存在的頁面。
