你貼錯了代碼，有什麼問題你閱讀的方式響應。可能是因爲您正在使用ReadExisting（）而不是ReadLine（）。 – 2013-03-03 12:47:35

我會認真考慮使用firmata來簡化與vb.net中的arduino的通信。去here得到.net兼容包裝它。在該網站的下載部分也有示例代碼，因此您不必從頭開始。
