解決方案：

轉到GZ.php文件（下載/ lib中/法師/存檔/助手/文件/ Gz.php）在你的Magento目錄 並更換

if (!function_exists('gzopen')) { 

與

if (!function_exists('gzopen64')) { 

也：

$this->_fileHandler = @gzopen($this->_filePath, $mode); 

與

$this->_fileHandler = @gzopen64($this->_filePath, $mode);
