參考取向真的有用嗎？

我必須使用FOP渲染一個pfd，並且可以旋轉一些圖像。但結果並不像我預期的那樣。所以，這裏是我的問題（我不知何故沒能找到一個很好的文件，以澄清這個問題對我來說）：參考取向真的有用嗎？

如果我定義

fo:block-container reference-orientation="90" width="100" height="200"

將這個旋轉整個容器（有效領導到尺寸200x100的渲染框），還是僅僅旋轉容器的內容（保留容器本身的尺寸爲100x200）？
