你不能給一個名稱，一個標識卡。 Python SDK使用的HTTP endpoint不接受語音區域設置以外的任何參數。

您必須自己將用戶名映射到標識配置文件ID。你可以使用一個數據庫，可能是Azure MySQL db。或者，如果您只是測試一下，請使用內存映射（又名詞典）。
