Zindex on導致懸停問題在邊欄菜單上

我有一個有圖標的邊欄菜單。只有當圖標懸停時，菜單文字纔會顯示。但是，由於之前元素上的Zindex問題，這並不完美。如下圖所示，懸停紅色區域不應顯示側欄菜單，但它是。
