如何使複選框信息附加到電子郵件

我的聯繫表單上有3個複選框。該表單可以在複選框例外的情況下工作。這些框可以選擇，但是一旦點擊「提交」按鈕，選擇就會顯示在「感謝您的評論」頁面上。我無法弄清楚如何讓複選框選擇出現在實際的電子郵件中。

我已經嘗試過各種php功能，我發現人們在論壇和教程中使用。沒有任何內容將複選框信息附加到電子郵件。我似乎無法找到任何人知道如何做到這一點。

「內爆」功能不起作用。 '回聲'功能不起作用。 '數組'功能不起作用。可能會發生什麼？
