Azure計算仿真程序無法啓動。 DFAgent崩潰，出錯

從visual studio啓動默認mvc項目時遇到問題。我嘗試更改_CSRUN_STATE_DIRECTORY並重新安裝了azure sdk。但仍然沒有效果。Azure計算仿真程序無法啓動。 DFAgent崩潰，出錯
