VS 2015的Microsoft Azure SDK 2.8無法安裝

please delete all the .xml files from 
1) %localappdata%\microsoft\web platform installer 
2) %localappdata%\microsoft\web platform installer\preprocessor 

然後重新啓動web平臺安裝
