無法獲得jscrollpane api的動態大小才能工作

Question

我一直在試驗jscrollpane以將自定義滾動條添加到某些內容。數據正在通過ajax被拉入，jscrollpane api很適合。

但我試圖讓scrollpane的高度總是比如用戶瀏覽器窗口的高度的70％。 jscrollpane site說我可以使用下面的代碼來使它工作，但我沒有運氣。

當我的CSS更改爲百分數，定製完全滾動條出現故障，我也得到一個默認的鍍鉻滾動條是窗口的高度的100％。

它似乎有調整大小和jsfiddle api兼容性問題。 jscrollpane仍然是一個驚人的擴展。謝謝。
