VS2015：默認通用應用程序模板導致XAML設計器崩潰

當我在VS2015中創建通用應用程序模板項目時，它會在設計器視圖中引發未處理的異常（告訴我經常使用'不包括代碼'會導致更少的打嗝）然後繼續給我以下例外︰

System.OperationCanceledException 

The registration of the app package required by the designer took too long 
to complete and was canceled. Reload the designer to try again.
