我有一個發佈一個文件當作擺設（這是最簡單的配置，我可以發現，再現了這個問題）工件依賴關係沒有解決
我有了這樣一個工作，TeamCity的工作工作作爲快照依賴和神器依賴
第二個作業無法啓動，並在日誌如下：
