C compiler test failed. 

If you think configure made a mistake, make sure you are using the latest 
version from SVN. If the latest version fails, report the problem to the 
[email protected] mailing list or IRC#ffmpeg on irc.freenode.net. 
Include the log file "config.log" produced by configure as this will help 
solving the problem.

我得到了相同的錯誤消息，但在Ubuntu 64位。 NDK編譯爲32位，所以我不得不安裝ia32-libs。得到它的工作通過安裝：

命令和apt-get安裝IA32-庫
