PIP卡住「運行命令python setup.py egg_info」 - 沒有錯誤。

我使用VirtualBox，Xenial64 ubuntu在Windows 10上運行Vagrant，通過manual setup加載TaigaIO。

在pip install -vvv -r requirements-devel.txt部分，pip在試圖安裝時永久掛起django-sampledatahelper。

當我嘗試安裝只是這個包，它顯示了同樣的效果：沒有錯誤，不會回到bash的，只是掛在：

我嘗試新的虛擬機上安裝，在virtualenv中或沒有它， pip鏡像，刪除緩存和--no-cache選項，xenial64和bento/ubuntu-16.04發行版，以及vagrant ssh和Putty。效應是一樣的。

似乎ubuntu Xenial64發行版和手動安裝說明有問題。當我從taiga-scripts使用bento/ubuntu-16.04和setup-server.sh時，安裝正確完成。
