mariadb與鐵軌：無法安裝libmysqlclient-dev

我有mariadb-10.1安裝在股票64位Ubuntu的15:10。

我已成功安裝libmysqlclient18，但嘗試安裝libmysqlclient-dev時出現錯誤。
