日食的Android更新錯誤

我更新了Android SDK中昨日從日食，然後去了做一個Eclipse更新和得到這個錯誤：「更新軟件」：

期間發生內部錯誤。

Profile SDKProfile is not current. Expected timestamp 1341934208292 but was 1341934208292. 

有什麼想法嗎？
