無法使用MSVC 2015運行應用程序

我最初在Windows 7上安裝了Visual Studio 2015，後來我升級到了Windows 10.在預感上，我卸載並重新安裝了Visual Studio 2015和，現在它的工作。我認爲OS升級在Visual Studio 2015中涉及部署應用程序。
