代碼發佈的方式def main()(以及調用它的行)是裏面的的定義是class RDWGSConverter。在完成定義類之前,您無法創建類的實例,這就是您收到錯誤的原因。但我不認爲這是你打算做的。

您還在循環內定義了fromRdToWgsfromWgsToRd,這可能不是您的意思。
