啓用Devel Drupal 7模塊後發現「Page Not Found」

我試圖安裝Theme Developer，它需要Devel模塊。

我已經下載了Devel模塊，通過在Drupal中安裝新模塊頁面。但是，當我啓用該模塊時，我被重定向到「Page Not Found」錯誤。
