JNLP啓動錯誤

我有一個JNLP文件工作正常，它看起來像我的電腦不再運行它後，我升級到Java 1.7（32位jdk1.7.0_02）當我選擇在查看詳細信息無法啓動應用程序對話框中，將啓動文件顯示爲隨機字符，例外的是：JNLP啓動錯誤
