我設置了本地主機，它在macos sierra上正常工作。

localhost/~username 

但現在我想從瀏覽器Chrome的存取權限上我的Android

192.168.x.x/~username 

，並得到了這個消息。

Forbidden. You don't have permission to access /~username from this server 

我的手機和mac連接到相同的wifi。

而且還編輯httpd.conf

<Directory /> 
    AllowOverride All 
    Require all granted 
</Directory> 

而且it's不工作。

chmod 777 parent_directory/localhost
