看起來，端口5985未在測試服務器上打開。如果在入站規則中打開了連接5985的規則'WinRM-HTTP'，您能檢查服務器的安全組嗎？如果端口被打開，您可以告訴測試廚房等到WinRM的準備，在kitchen.yml使用下面的參數：

max_wait_until_ready：真 connection_timeout：900
