兩個選項。

1）安裝預建Appium用於Windows（不需要叫聲）（https://bitbucket.org/appium/appium.app/downloads/AppiumForWindows.zip）

2.）執行命令reset.bat代替咕嚕命令。我更新了你提到的那個文檔。
