無法上傳在iTunes iOS應用截屏連接

你好我試圖上傳截圖的應用程序，但我收到此錯誤：

而且在我的帳戶5.5英寸的顯示屏選擇文件按鈕被禁用。請參考下面給出的屏幕截圖：

轉到硬件和刻度爲100％，並保存截圖。 現在你的屏幕截圖被縮放到合適的大小，你可以上傳它們

或者你可以直接從設備保存屏幕截圖。
