403權限被拒絕

Question

1）我們有一些代碼，我們的工作本地Web服務器上的罰款，按： 的http：//本地主機/ PROJECT1/START.HTM

2）該代碼是所有的文件夾裏面PROJECT1 。我們已經通過Filezilla把這整個文件夾移到了我們域的根目錄，所以我們現在有：www.mydomain.com/project1

3）這裏是文件結構： project1（main folder） - > start.htm project1（主文件夾） - > Player1（子文件夾） - > class.htm

4）當我輸入URL：http：//www.mydomain.com/project1/start.htm

It works fine and brings up the hyperlink "start the course" 

5）當我點擊 「開始課程」 我得到：

403權限被拒絕 您沒有權限申請 /project1/Player1/class.htm

我讀的地方，我可能不得不放棄特權，.htaccess文件，但我不知道這是問題或如何進行。
