網絡svn和safe_mod關係衝突

Question

我想安裝websvn，但我得到這個錯誤。

Warning: proc_open() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/xxxxx/public_html/svndirectory/include/command.php on line 173 
    Error running this command: svn --config-dir /tmp --version 

是否有任何解決方法？

PS：我無法關閉php安全模式。

還要注意的是WebSVN不會在安全模式下目前的工作，由於需要調用svnlook的。
