這是一個已知的distutils問題：mingw & -mno-cygwin with recent gcc。

查看相關SO問題：Compiling with cython and mingw produces gcc: error: unrecognized command line option '-mno-cygwin'。

嘗試從Mingw32CCompiler刪除-mno-cygwin。
